How to enrol

Check out TYPES OF INTENSIVE COURSES and LEVELS to decide which course you would like to take and what level you think you are. (Don’t worry too much about correctly assessing your level, you will be completing a level test at a later date and then again on arrival at Meeting Point).

You have decided that Meeting Point is the place for you; your next step is to reserve a place.

Fill out the reservation form

When we receive your reservation request, we will check dates and accommodation and confirm by telephone, e-mail or post that we can fulfil your request. We only admit up to 8 students per group, which is why we like to confirm your reservation place before asking for the deposit.

Along with your confirmation letter, we will send you a level test for you to complete, to give us an idea of your level before starting your course.

As soon as you have received confirmation of your course dates, you must pay a deposit.

  • The deposit is 25% of the full price of the course, which will be detailed in full in your confirmation letter
  • If you have opted for accommodation in one of our shared apartments or with a host family, you must also pay 25% deposit of this total too.

All payments will be clearly detailed in your confirmation letter.
